Refund Policy
1. Payment Processor
Since Paddle is our Merchant of Record, all payment transactions and refund processing are handled by Paddle. You can view the general Paddle refund policy here: Paddle Refund Policy.
2. Our Refund Terms
We strive to provide high-quality educational services. Our specific refund policies are as follows:
- Full Refund: Available if no sessions have been used and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- Partial Refund: Unused sessions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, calculated at the per-session rate of the bundle purchased. For example: if you purchased a 5-session bundle and used 1 session, you are eligible for a refund of 4 sessions at the per-session rate of that bundle.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase, or if any sessions from the bundle have already been used. Session bundles expire 6 months from purchase. Unused sessions in expired bundles are not eligible for refund unless expiry resulted from teacher unavailability on our side.
3. Teacher or Platform Cancellations
If a session is cancelled by BarakahQuran or the assigned teacher without adequate notice, the session will be returned to your bundle and not counted as used. Repeated cancellations on our part may qualify you for a full refund at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected]. Please include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used for purchase
- Your Paddle Order Number
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed via Paddle. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
